JT Slade
Managing Partner / Property Manager
JT Slade is an experienced property manager with over 4 years in the industry, specializing in commercial property management. For the last 7 years along with his wife, JT has built a reputation for creating welcoming and well-managed office spaces that foster a sense of home for both tenants and property owners.
As a licensed real estate agent with a Bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University, JT combines his deep industry knowledge with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. His approachable personality and commitment to excellence ensure that clients always feel supported and valued.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, JT is an avid football fan and has coached football for over 10 years, bringing his leadership skills to the field. When he's not managing properties or coaching, JT enjoys hunting and spending quality time with his wife and their four children.

Rhett Ricedorff
Managing Partner / Property Manager
Rhett is very passionate about faith, family, and sports—values that drive both his personal and professional life. As a former college football player, he brings the discipline, teamwork, and perseverance learned on the field into his career. Transitioning seamlessly into property management, he has spent the past three years overseeing a residential portfolio of approximately 275 homes.
His approach to business is rooted in honesty, transparency, and proactive communication. Setting clear expectations with clients and consistently delivering on them is his top priority. Whether managing properties or building relationships, he strives to create trust and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Eric Pyles
Managing Partner
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and property investment, Eric Pyles has developed a deep understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of managing properties.
In addition to his financial expertise, Eric has successfully owned and managed over 200,000 square feet of commercial real estate and over 12 investment properties. His firsthand experience has given him unique insights into the challenges and rewards of property management. Through this journey, Eric has encountered both the triumphs and pitfalls of the industry, making him well-equipped to help in all your real estate investment needs.
Eric’s blend of financial acumen and hands-on property management experience allows him to provide clients with the guidance they need to make informed decisions, optimize their investments, and maximize returns. Whether you're an individual looking to build wealth through real estate or a business seeking to optimize property management, Eric is committed to delivering results that align with your long-term goals.
Eric and his wife Kim live in Gilbert with their six children and grandchildren. In his free time, Eric loves serving in his church and his community, especially with the youth, coaching high school football, and serving as the Booster Club President.

Carol has been a licensed real estate professional in Arizona since 1998, starting as a salesperson and later advancing to a broker. Over the years, she has developed a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of the ever-changing real estate market. She believes that clear and open communication is the foundation of a successful transaction, whether it's a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor searching for the perfect property.
Beyond her professional achievements, Carol is committed to giving back to the community and actively participates in local events, further connecting with her neighbors and clients. Originally from Oregon, Carol brought with her a love of exploring, and she continues to enjoy discovering the backroads and historical landmarks throughout Arizona, especially in its rural areas.
