Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, you must apply first and put down earnest funds, which is typically the first month's rent. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, you will only pay the first month's rent and the security deposit amount, which is typically 1.25x the first month's rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 -
Is the deposit refundable?
Earnest Funds are non refundable, but your application can be refundable if your background check was never run. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Please go to your tenant account on the portal and make payments -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please provide us with a written notice 30 days prior to expiration of your lease for residential and 90 days prior to your lease for commercial. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The landlord is for MOST repairs and maintenance, unless it was deemed tenant caused or is stated in the lease as tenant responsibility.
